The farm rests quiet under its winter blanket, and we’re opening our gates for a special afternoon just for children. We’ll wander the woods on a gentle winter hike, help decorate the evergreens, and gather pinecones, twigs, and other treasures to create a small winter craft or ornament to take home. Afterward, we’ll warm up in the yurt by the fire with cider and a seasonal treat, sing songs, share Yuletide stories, and celebrate the magic of the season together.
While the kids enjoy the farm, family can take the afternoon to shop, wrap presents, or simply relax during the busy holiday season.
Ages: 4–8 (our Summer Mugworts friends welcome up to age 9)
Cost: $55 per child · Limited to 8 spaces
Please send your child with:
– Warm outdoor clothing
– A change of socks (we’ll be outside for part of the afternoon)
– Their own beverage, preferably spill-proof
A portion of proceeds and any additional donations will support Wolfhaven Sanctuary.
